Cancellation policy
What If It All Goes Right — one-time hat purchases
Effective date: September 9, 2026
The Everyday Reminder Hat is a one-time purchase. Buying a hat does not enroll you in a subscription or create recurring product charges.
For an order change or cancellation, email sup@ritmoenergy.com immediately with your order number. Cancellations are available only before production starts. We cannot guarantee a request will reach us before production begins. After production starts, eligible returns and problems with your order are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
Previous Dr Wells subscriptions
The following policy is retained for previous Dr Wells purchases. It does not apply to What If It All Goes Right hats. Existing customer rights remain unchanged. You may also contact sup@ritmoenergy.com for help with a previous order.

DR. WELLS offers the following automatically renewing subscription purchase options:
90-day supply subscription: $149 every 12 weeks (84 days).
30-day supply subscription: $69 every calendar month for new subscriptions. WELCOME10 takes $10 off the first eligible monthly subscription payment only ($59 before tax); subsequent payments are $69 before tax. One use per customer and once per order; no discount stacking.
Unless canceled, your selected subscription renews at the stated cadence and the payment method on file is charged for each renewal. Standard shipping to eligible contiguous-US addresses is free. Taxes and optional express-shipping charges, if applicable, are shown before the initial purchase. Existing subscriptions retain the billing schedule agreed at purchase unless separately changed with the required notice and consent.
Before subscribing
The product, quantity, price, billing cadence, and delivery cadence are shown before checkout. By completing a subscription purchase, you authorize recurring charges at the cadence shown until cancellation.
Canceling
You may cancel future renewals through Subscriptions in your customer account, or by emailing
care@getdrwells.com
. Email requests should include the email address used for the order and enough information to identify the subscription. Requests take effect when processed and confirmed, so please contact us before the next scheduled charge.
Cancellation stops future billing and delivery. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been created, charged, or submitted to fulfillment. Any refund request for an existing order is reviewed under our Return and Refund Policy.
Subscription changes
Available account controls may include updating a payment method or delivery address, pausing, skipping, or canceling. The controls available for your subscription are displayed in your customer account. For help with any change, contact us before the next scheduled charge.
Price or term changes
We will provide any notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law before a material price or subscription-term change applies.
